Before Denis arrived to Rhone he was married to the owner of a quite big domain in Luberon.
In 2009 Denis Gilles took over the property and started to bottle the wines at the domain covering 7 ha, 1 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape, 4 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 2 ha of IGP.

Wines

Chateauneuf du Pape
2010: 65% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 15% Syrah.
Macération semi carbonique. Aged in barriques for 12 months.

Cotes du Rhone
2010: 55% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 15% Mourvedre.

Cotes du Rhone Cuvée Syrah
2009: 100% Syrah

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2012: 75% Grenache and 25% Syrah. 50% Saignée and 50% direkte press.
