The Arnaud family, also owners of Chateau Cabrieres bought the estate in 1995. 
In 2009 Chateau Maucoil was by a shift of generation given to  Bénédicte and her husband Charles Bonnet.
Late 2013 the domain merged with the necogiant firm Lavau in Violès.
Late 2022 the domain was sold to Bernard Dusiegneur

The property covers 45 ha including  25 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape, 17 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 3 ha of IGP. 
Since 2014 the vineyards are certified agriculture biologique.
Dueigneur will convert to biodymanique.
