The domain was founded by Gerard Bouyer in 1984 and he run the domain until 2009 when his daugther and son-in-law Jérôme Grieco took over.
The property is blessed with quite old vines, 5 ha of Chateauneuf du Pape situated at the lieux-dits Cabrieres and Maucoil and 10 ha of Cotes du Rhone situated in quartier Le Grès in souhtern Orange. 
The grapes are de-stemmed only if necessary and fermentation and ageing are done in cement tanks.

80% Grenache 15% Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault and Terret Noir.
50-100-years vines.

Chateauneuf du Pape Les Anglaises
100% Grenache. 50-100-years-old vines at a place named Les Anglaises.

Grenache, Carignan, Syrah.
40-70-årige vinstokke.
