The domain was established by Benjamin
Tourbillon in 2011. He's from Isle la Sorgue where his
parents own the gourmet restaurant Café
Fleurs.
He lives togehter with Audrey Vidal daughter of Vidals at Domaine du Banneret in
Chateauneuf du Pape.
Benjamin Tourbillon's grandfather owned 5 ha of vineyards in Gigondas with very
old vines. The grapes were until 2010 delivered to the cooperative in Gigondas.
Based on this inheritage Benjamin Tourbillon founded his
domain in Violès in 2011.
More vineyards were purchased and in 2012 wines were made from 3,2 ha in Chateauneuf du Pape (Grand Devès), 15
ha of Cotes
du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu, 9 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 1 ha of IGP.
In 2011-2012 a new cellars was built in Violès and later on a new very modern
shop was created in Lagnes, Luberon by a crossroad where many turists are
passing.
Since 2018 Benjamin's brother Alexandre Tourbillon has been co-owner.

Chateauneuf du Pape Vieilles Vignes
2018: 60% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 7% Cinsault and 3% Muscardin. Syrah
and Mourvedre is aged in barriques or demi-muids.
Chateauneuf du Pape Grande Reserve
2018: 70% Mourvedre and 30% Grenache.
10-12 hl/ha. Aged in barriques for 18 months.
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Confidentiel
2020: 60% Grenache Blanc, 20% Rousannee, 20% Clairette.
Fermented and aged sur lie in barriques.
Gigondas Vieiles Vignes
2018: 77% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 3% Cinsault.
The oldest vines are planted in 1901.
Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu Querelle de Clochers
2018: 60% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 15% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone Cuvée du Grand Père
2019: 65% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre.
Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2020: 37% Grenache Blanc, 37% Roussane og 26% Clairette.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé OR
2020: 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah.
IGP Vaucluse
2020: 100% Grenache.
IGP Blanc
2020: 100% Viognier.
