Hèléne Chouvet is the 7th generation of vinegrowers.
In 1989 her father, Michel Chouvet, built the cellar and started to bottle the wine at the domain. 
In 1996 Hèléne Chouvet finished her oenological education and went home to work with her father and and then got responsability for the winemaking and later for the domain.
In 2001 Agathe Lauziere also with an oenological education has been working together with Hèléne. Hèléne mainly takes care of the vineyards and Agathe of the work in the cellars.

The domain covers a total of 45 ha: 10 ha og Chateauneuf du Pape, 6 ha of Gigondas, 4 ha of Vacqueyras, 3 ha of Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, 16 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 1 ha og IGP.
The vineyards have for several years been managed by organic principles.
Certification as agricuture biologiqe since vintage 2011.

Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Tradition
2016: 70% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne.

Gigondas Combe Sauvage
