The forefathers of the owner today have been wine growers in the area since 1650. 
In 1991 Denis Clavel left the co-operative and built new cellars
Since 1999 the daughter Claire has worked at the domain and since 2016 she is the owner herself.

The domain's 80 ha includes 
26,5 ha of CDRV Saint-Gervais, 
6,8 ha of CDRV Chusclan, 
31,5 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 
15,4 ha of IGP.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint-Gervais Clair de Lune
50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Carignan, 10% Cinsault.
Aged for 18 month in foudres.

Cotes du Rhone Village Saint-Gervais Blanc Clair de Lune
50% Viognier, 50% Roussanne. 
Fermented and aged for 8 month in barriques
