Veronique Peysson-Cunty took over the domain from
her father Gilbert Peysson who started bottling at
the domain in the 1970-ties. The domaine has belonged to the family
since 1860.
After finishing his education the son Romain works at the domain and has
become the co-owner of the domain.
The
domain covers 10,5 ha of Gigondas, 4,6 ha of Ventoux and
0,59 ha of IGP.
The vines of Gigondas are situated at an altitude of 150-300 m.
