Domaine des Pasquiers is run by the two brothers Jean Claude and Philippe Lambert. The domain was founded by the brothers' grandfather in 1935.
In 1999 the brothers took over from their father.
Until 2002 the whole production was sold to negociants.
Philippe's Son Matthieu has joined his father and his Oncle

The domain covers the considerable amount of 87 hectares in the appellations of Gigondas (1,1), Sablet (25), Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu (40 in Violès), Cotes du Rhone and IGP. Cotes du Rhone is made from vineyards in Plan de Dieu and Sablet.
The vineyards are since 2013 certified agriculture biologique.
