The
domain is covering about 3 ha of which a bit more than 2
ha are AOP Gigondas and the rest are mainly situated in Vacqueyras from where a
white Cotes du Rhone is made.
Gigondas and Gigondas Rosé are made from 80% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre, 5% Syrah
and 5% Cinsault.
The vineyards are not certified agriculture biologique but for 15
years no treatment has been used to
hinder a certification.
