Colline Saint Jean has been in possession of the Alazard family for generations.
The domain covers 30 ha of vineyards in four appellations, 2 ha of Gigondas, 14 ha of Vacqueyras, 1,3 ha of Beaumes de Venise and then Cotes du Rhone and IGP. All of the production is bottled or sold in B&B at the domain.
The winemaking is tradtional and the red wines are aged in old small or bigger barrels.

Gigondas
75% Grenache, 25% Mourvedre. 60-years-old vines.Grenache is aged in foudres for 5 months and Mourvedre in barrels for 4 months.

Vacqueyras
70% Grenache 25% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre. 
Grenache is matured in cement tank and Syrah and Mourvedre in barrels

Vacqueyras Vieilles Vignes
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah. 

Beaumes de Venise
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.

Cotes du Rhone 
2016: 45% Grenache, 30% Carignan, 25% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2016: 50% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 20% Cinsault 20% Carignan
