The domain was founded by Philippe Cartoux in
1989. The vineyards had then been owned by his family since
1879.Today the domain covers 9,5 ha: 3 ha of Gigondas 2,5 ha of
Sablet and 4 ha of Cotes du Rhone.
The vineyards are since 2014 certified agriculture biologique.
Philippe Cartoux is married to the owner of Domaine
de Montvac, Cécile
Dusserre 200 metres from his house. At her domain he is responsible for
the work in the vineyards and his wines are made
in a seperate part of her quite big cellars. They may not be sold there -
for legal reasons

2017:
65% Grenache and 35% Syrah.
Gigondas des Blanches
2015:
70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. Aged in barriques for 10 months.
Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet 9mg
2017:
80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. 9mg relates til rest of sulphit in the cuvée
Cotes du Rhone
2017:
70% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 10% Syrah.
Cotes du Rhone Rosé
70% Grenache and 30% Mourvedre.
