The domain has belonged to the Chauvet-family since 1806. Celine Chauvet is the 10th generation. For some years she worked together with har father Bernard Chauvet. Since 2012 she has offically been the owner og the domain.
The property covers 14 ha of Gigondas, 2 ha of Vacqueyras and 3,3 ha of IGP.

Wines according to website February 2021

Gigondas
2018: Mainly Grenache with some Syrah. 
Aged for 12-14 months in foudres.

Gigondas Excellence  
2016: 60% Grenache (some more than 80-years-old) and 40% Syrah. Matured in concrete.

Vacqueyras 
2019: 70-80% Grenache and Syrah.

Vacqueyras Blanc
2019: 45% Clairette, 30% Roussanne, 15% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier. Aged in barriques

IGP Merlot-Caladoc
2018: 80% Merlot and 20% Caladoc  

IGP Rosé
2019: 95% Carignan, 5% Cinsault.
