The
domain has belonged to the Goubert/Cartier family for many generations.
Jean-Pierre
and Mireille Cartier have run the domaine since the 70'ties. The best from their
Gigondas vines were named af their daughter Laurence. She will be ready to take
over some day.

The vineyards are situated in Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise, Lafare, Sablet and
Seguret.
The total area is
23 ha divided in 40
parcels with an altitude of 150 to 400m.
All grapes
are de-stemmed before
fermentation. The red wines are fermented in cement tanks and white
wines in steel tanks or in barrels.
The blending of
the wines takes place after maturing.
