Sébastien
Palon is the fourth generation Palon at the domain.
His
grandfather was one of the founders of the cooperative and his father Jean-Pierre Palon was the president of the
cooperative 1978-2001 and of course delivered his grapes there - until 2002. At
that time his son Sébastien
Palon had finished his wine education and a new cellar was
contructed
and Sébastien made his first vintage in 2003.
The domain covers 7 ha of Gigondas, 5 ha of Vacqueyras
and
2 ha of Cotes du
Rhone
and 1 ha of IGP.

2018: 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah og 5% Mourvèdre.
1/3 lagret på foudres i 6 mdr.
Vacqueyras

75% Grenache, 15% Mourvèdre og 10% Syrah.
Vacqueyras Blanc
2018:
80% Clairette og 20% Grenache Blanc. Gæres og lagres i nye foudres i 6
mdr.
VDF Rosé Fleur du Bary
2018: 85% Grenache, 15% Syrah
