The domain was founded in 1874. Yves Gras is the 5th  generation at the property. He took over from his father in 1985.
Yves Gras is regarded as one of the leading producers of Gigondas. The domain covers 12,38 ha in Gigondas and about 14 ha in other appellations. In 2009 1,23 ha. of Chateauneuf du Pape (Lieu-dit Sainte Vierge) was purchased and in 2012 further 2,5 ha (Lieux-dits La Font du Pape and La Crau)
Yves' son Benjamin Gras has since finishing his oenological education worked together with his father as oenologist and winemaker at the domain.

Since 2012 the vineyards have certified as culture biologique and is on the route to be certified biodynamique.

2016: 64% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 1% Counoise. The Cuvée is a blend from the 3 lieux-dits. Aged in foudres for 18 months.

Chateauneuf du Pape La Crau Quest
2016: 100% Grenache. 80-years-old vines at sandy soil at La Crau. Aged in amphoras for 18 months

Chateauneuf du Pape Les Saintes Vierges
2016: 90% Grenache, 9% Mourvedre, 1% Counoise.
Aged in foudres or amphoras for 18 months.

Chateauneuf du Pape Le Pied de Baud
2016: 80% Grenache, 15% Mourvedre and 5% Cinsault.
Aged in foudres or amphoras for 18 months.

Gigondas Aux Lieux-Dits
2016: 65% Grenache, 35% Mourvedre.
Aged in foudres or
concrete for 18 months.

Gigondas Clos Derrière Vieille
2016: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre.

2016: 65% Grenache (Vieilles Vignes), 35% Mourvedre.

Vacqueyras Les Aubes
2016: 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. 90% aged in foudres and 20% in aphora for 18 months.

Cotes du Rhone Les Quatre Terres
2016:
70% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 5% Carignan/Cinsault/ Clairette. Grenache aged in tanks and Syrah in barrels. 
From parcels in Vacqueyras, Roaix, Seguret and Rasteau (Quatre Terres)

Cotes du Rhone Blanc Les Grand Calcaires
