Loïc
is the 4th generation in the family domain. After
5 years (2009-2014) at wine school, he got his BTS in
viticulture-oenology and then went to New Zealand and worked on
a wine estate for
half a year. In 2015, he returned to the
domain of his family.
The grapes were delivered to the cooperative until
2016, but in 2017 a cellar was established in the former machine
house and
was ready for the harvest
of that
year.
The domain covers
a total of 21 ha. 0.7 ha
of
Gigondas, 15 ha of Sablet Rouge,
1,2 ha of Sablet Blanc and 4 ha
of
Seguret.
A portion of the production is sold to the
cooperative, but this will cease when the
wines are
established on the market.

Grenache matured in concrete, Mourvedre barrel.

2018: 70% Clairette, 30% Grenache Blanc
