The company GAEC du Serre des Vignes was established in 1994 by Jérôme Roux together with his father Daniel Roux and his uncle Jean-Louis Roux.
Today the domain is run by Jérôme Roux and his cousin (Jean-Louis's son) Vincent Roux.
In 2003 the first vinification and bottling at the domain took place.

The 35 ha of vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique since 2011.
