Domaine Cabanis
Nicolas Cabanis
Jean Paul’s grandfather, Fernand, an important land-owner of numerous small parcels of vineyards, purchased the Mas Madagascar in 1932 with the goal of regrouping his parcels into a single stretch of
land.
Louis Cabanis, the son of Fernand and father of Jean Paul, continued the efforts of his father in selling off his more distant vineyards, and purchasing those close to and/or contiguous to the Mas. Mas Madagascar covers 32 ha,
of which 15 are with vines and now certified
agriculture biologique. In 2017 the son Nicolas has taken over from his father Wines Costières de Nimes Caratére Costières de Nimes Jardin Secret Costières de Nimes Rosé Caratére Costières de Nimes Blanc Caratére IGP Gard Origine IGP Gard Rosé Origine IGP Gard Blanc Origine |
