In 1976 Sylvia and François Cornut purchased the domain. In 1990 an ageing cellar  was constructed and in 2000 the vinification cellars were renovated and expanded.
The production at Guiot is around 4.000 hl. from 75 ha.

Since 2008 the twin sons Alexis and Numa Cornut have had the responsabilty for  a domain of 20 ha, l'Enclose de la Chance. These wineyards are in the IGP-area in Blauvac and have belonged to the twin's grandfather Numa Cuiot.
The tvins took over Chateau Guiot when François Cornut passed away in 2016

Costières de Nimes Nîmois Ni Toi
70% Syrah, 30% Grenache.

Costières de Nimes Tradition
50% Syrah, 50% Grenache.

Costières de Nimes Cuvée Numa
95% Syrah, 5% Grenache. Aged for 12 months in barriques.

Costières de Nimes Cuvée Paulinette
95% Grenache, 5% Syrah. Aged for 18 months in foudres.

Costières de Nimes Magnanimes
90% Mourvedre (70-years-old), 10% Syrah.

Costières de Nimes Rosé Tradition
Grenache, Syrah.
