Until 2000 the Chardon family produced apricots and peaches at the property. Jêrôme the decided that he would grow vines. As he is a convinced to do it the biodynamic way he costructed a cellar using organic materials as wood and terracotta and planted more vines.

The wines are made from 3 grape varieties Syrah 4,3 ha, Grenache 1,2 ha and Clairette 2,5 ha.
The vineyards are certified biodynamique by Demeter
