The property was etablished in 1908 by a Mr. Pastouret
The vineyards covering 30 ha are certified agriculture biologique since 2002.
Michel started already around 1980 to treat the vineyards organically as he became seriously ill by the use of pesticides.

Costières de Nimes
50% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 20% Carignan.

Costières de Nimes Cuvée Speciale
50% Syrah and 50% Grenache.
30 days of maceration. Aged in barriques for 12 months.

Costières de Nimes Rosé
50% Syrah and 50% Grenache.

Costières de Nimes Blanc
50% Clairette and 50% Grenache Blanc.
