The property has bee in possession of the family since 1877. Sébastien is the fifth generation. The grapes have never been sold to a cooperative and therefore the cellar is quite old. A small part has been bottled. Since Sébastien has got the responsability it has become 20%. Some single varietal wines have only been sold to an importer in US.
The domain covers 12 ha 1,5 ha. of Cotes du Rhone Village Plans de Dieu, 6,5 ha of Cotes du Rhone and 4 ha of IGP.
Since 2011 in conversion into agriculture biologique.

Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu
2012: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre and 10% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone
2010: 60% Grenache and 40% Carignan (85-years-old vines).

Cotes du Rhone des Aînés
2009: 100% Syrah.

IGP Vaucluse Grenache
2010: 100% Grenache. (Only for US)

IGP Vaucluse Mourvedre.
2010: 100% Mourvedre. (Only for US)

IGP Vaucluse Blanc Petite Perle
2012: 100% Viognier fermented in barriques.

It's still (2013) Sébastien Latour's mother Bernadette Latour who is the official owner (gérant) and therefore you see her name at the labels. She lives in the house beside the domain and will probably recieve you if you visit the place.
Sèbastien lives in the mansion of the estate but he's often occupied in the vineyards.
