David Gaugue owns 2 ha of vineyards in Violès. Since 2012 they have been certified agriculture biologique.

You can not from 2 ha make an income for a family living, Therefore David 
has worked for other winegrowers when they need a helper in the vineyards or in the cellar. Most regulary he has worked at Domain de Boissan in Sablet.
