The domain has been in the family's possession since 1885. Back then the main crop was grain. The first vines were planted in 1965 by Arnaud's grandparents. In 2011, Roman returned to the domain. The grapes had all been set aside on the cooperative. A cellar was established and in 2015. Roman made his first vintage of Plan de Dieu. In 2019 the generational shift completed and Arnaud has taken over responsibility after his parents Céline and Jean-Yves Roman.
The domain covers 25 ha of Cotes du Rhone and Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu. In 2018 newly planted plot of Vacqueyras was purchased.
There are also 700 almond trees on the property planted in 2008.

2017: 70% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre.

Cotes du Rhone
2017: 55% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 15% Marcelan, 15% Cinsault.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé Cha´Ladoc
2019: Caladoc

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2018: 100% Clairette. Aged 6 months in barriques.
