The domain name means something like
"across the slopes". These slopes have been in the family
for 4 generations.
In 1985 Robert Charavin took over the domain and made the wines of the domain
known to be among the best in the appellation.
After being responsible for the domain for 32 years Robert Charavin in
2017 left the domain to his two children Marine and Paul Charavin
The domain covers 10 ha of Rasteau and 4 ha of Cairanne.
The vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique since 2010 and
later as biodynamique by Demeter.

2015: 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah. 40-60-years-old vines.
Rateau Lou Montel
2015: Grenache and Carignan (Debut 2015)
Rasteau La Mondona
2015: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.

Rasteau Paul
2015: 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.
Aged in demi-muids for 15 months.
Only made in some vinages. Around 1.800 bottles

2014: 100% Grenache Noir. Aged in barriques for 4 months
