Ferme de la Luminaille was acquired by Julie Paoluccis
great-grandparents, so after Julie in 2014 took over the domain,
she is the fifth generation on the property.
It
was her father Jean-Claude Paolucci, who made vines to single
crop, apart from a small olive grove.
Jean-Claude
Paolucci was the president of the cooperative in Rasteau from
2001 to 2012. He died suddenly in September 2014.
The domain covering 24 ha of vineyards is located 1 km north of
Rasteau at an altitude of 250 m and with slopes exposed to the
south / southeast.
The domain's first
bottling was vintage 2015
Rasteau Luminaris
2017: 50% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 15% Carignan, 10% Mourvedre. Aged
in demi-muids.
Rateau Garange
2018: 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Carignan
Cotes du Rhone Blanc 1er N(Z)
2018: 60% Marsanne, 35% Clairette 5% Bourboulenc.
Aged in demi-muds.
VDN Grenat
2019: 100% Grenache
