Hervé Bessac is the third generation of wine growers. He worked together with his parents Geneviève and René Bessac from 2000 until 2007 when he took over the domain. In 2012 Sébastien Hervé joined his brother.

Their domain covers totally 34 ha. in three communes Violès, Jonquieres and Rasteau including 3,5 ha. Rasteau, 7 ha. Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu, 13,5 ha. Cotes du Rhone and 10 ha. IGP.
