Until a few years ago Nicolas Haeni's family owned another domain in Seguret. 
Before the sale a project was started at the hillside above Seguret. In 2005 trees were removed and terasses were made and then in 2006 vines were planted.
These vineyards were not a part of the sale and it's from here Nicolas Haeni has made his first vintage in 2013. So far his vineyards cover 4 ha. The old name lieu-dit of the place is Malmont, and from there the name of the new domain.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet
2015: 55% Grenache and 45% Syrah. Fermented and aged in wooden tank.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Rosé
2016: 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah. 70% Press direct.

Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet Blanc
2016: 100% Roussanne.

2015: 55% Syrah and 45% Grenache.

"All the terraces have a 3% gradient (mesured with laser equipment). Water is sent towards the mountain side, by an other incline, before it follows the 3% gradient lengthwise down the terraces. Thanks to this realization, we could participate in the Priorat Life Project, funded by the European Union. An other important advantage is that we could reach a high plant density which allows us to have a high quality grape production thanks to a low yield per vine."
