Christian Voeux's parents run until 2006 La Croix de Maillet - Ferme Louis Voeux. Aline and Louis Voeux, sold their products (fruit, etc.) at markets in the area. Grapes from 10 ha of vineyards were sold to a cooperative. When the couple in 2005 retired due to age they handed over the property to their son Christian Voeux. The first vintage bottled by the domain name was 2006.
.

He had certainly experinces making wines. He graduated from the University of Monpellier, Faculty of Pharmacies. For 24 years he was Maître de Chais at Chateau Mont-Redon in Chateauneuf du Pape and 2008-2016 (mid-January) he was the director of Chateau la Nerthe.
Wine production does not take place in buildings
by the private residence at Chemin du Jas in Séguret. When he was the director at La Nerthe he made his wines at Domaine la Renjarde in Sérignan. Since he has rented the cellars at former Domaine Aèria in Cairanne.

Photos from the vineyards is from 2018

In the vineyards is practiced plowing in between every second row when the grass is allowed to grow between the neighboring rows. This makes it possible to drive in the vineyards even after heavy rainfall it will be able to spray in critical situations, which was especially needed in 2018.
The soil type is typical of the entire appellation, and reminiscent of the soil type in Rasteau. Terroir differences are mostly based on varying altitude and exposure.
Note on photo
to the right you see that green harvest was made to limit the yield. In case of excessive growth of certain weed plants near the vines, burn with gas burner

In July 2018 some wine grower in Rhone feared consequences caused by meldow. Christian Vieuxs vineyards looked very helfhty

Photos from the cellar in Cairanne is from July 2019. As mr. Voeux knew he had to move at a time he invested in fibertanks
