After finishing his oenological studies in Montpellier
Pablo Höcht for a period worked in Uruguay before he went back to his native
home Seguret. 0,7 hectar belonged to his family and he experimented
unoffiacially with vinification in a very small scale.
His first
official vintage was 2010. In 2012 he made wines from 4,9 ha in
Sablet and Seguret.
Alongside with his preperations to
establish cellars of his own he works at Chateau Saint Cosme in
Gigondas. The vinification of his wines take place in a cellar in
Seguret owned by his friend Frederic Meffre.
The ageing of the wines takes place in his father's old cellar not mentioned
for wines. His father is an artist and makes new labels every year.
Since 2013 the
vineyards are certified agriculture biologique and biodynamique.

2016: 80% Grenache and 20% Mourvedre. Aged for 12 months in barriques.
