In 1993 Henri Bungener took over from his father who had then owned
the domain since 1976. He was before that working as a psycologist in Londres
The vineyards covers 15 ha of which 13 ha of AOC Vacqueyras are situated around the
domain near the border of Gigondas. The 2 ha of Cotes du Rhone are also situated in
Violès. In 2017 Henri Bungener bought a parcel of 0.5 ha.
in Gigondas. Since 1989 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.

Gigondas Champvermail
2017: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah. Vinification in wood for 2-3 months and the aged
in 1-years barriques for 12-18 months. Garde: Plus de 15 ans
Vacqueyras Lao Muse
2016: 60% Grenache and 40%
Syrah.
Fermentation and maceration last for 2-3 months and take place in open
barriques and then ageing for 12-18 months in the same ones. Garde:
Plus de 15 ans.
Vacqueyras Fruit Sauvage
2019: 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. Maceration for 2 months. Syrah aged in wooden tanks. The rest in
concrete.
Vacqueyras Carmin Brillant
2016: 60% Grenache, 40% Syrah. Maceration for 1-2 months. 50% aged in one-year-barriques for 20 months.
Vacqueyras Blanc Le Louis d'Or
2019: 80% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette. Aged for 6 months in barriques.
Cotes du Rhone Les Bateliers
2019: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
VDF Blanc Le Mistralet
2019: 100% Muscat petit grains(!)
VDF Rosé La Rosée
2019: 80% Muscat petit grains, 20% Grenache Noir.
