The domain was established in 1989 by Franck Aymard, who also operated a "nursery" (vines). The property also includes 12 hectares of vineyards of which 9 ha are in AOP Vacqueyras. The grapes from here have been allocated to the cooperative until 2016. After Franck Aymard's daughter Marie had completed her education a cellar was established, and since 2017 she made the wines and bottled them at the domain.
Since 2010 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.

2017: 55% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, 5% Carignan.

Vacqueyras Les Lèbres
2018: 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah (60 years old)
1/3 aged for 11 months in barrels

Vacqueyras Blanc
2017: Grenache Blanc, Roussanne (25%), Marsanne, Bourboulenc, Viognier, Clairette. 1/3 vinified in barrels

IGP Méditerranée Rouge Cuvée du Papé Aymard
2018: 40% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 20% Mourvedre.
