The production from the property's 16 ha. includes
olive oil and juice from table grapes as Muscat de Hamburg.
The work at the domain has been organic since 1978 and has been
certified by ECOCERT since 1993.
In 2015 Pierre Arnaud's two sons Martial and Samual Arnaud took
over the
domain.
Martial has since 2008 made and bottled wines from a part of the
vineyards as he has got an oenological education. Samual is
educated as an agricultural ingeneur and is responsible for the
work in vineyards and fields for other crops.
In 2017 a new wine cellar was constructed.

Vacqueyras Souviens-Toï
2017: 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah and 10% Cinsault.
Aged for 8 months in demi-muids.
