Bernard Latour is the 4th generation at the domain covering 40 ha in the appellations Gigondas (0,5 ha), Vacqueyras (3,6 ha.), Rasteau ( 2,2 ha.), Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu (15 ha), Cotes du Rhone and IGP.

Today, Bernard's two sons Julien and Emilien Latour are working on the domain after going through wine-related education. Bernard has retired in part and has a sale in Sablet with the domain wines in a building formerly known as Cave Genets - a wine cellar for Cecile Chassagne.
A new storage basement has been built on the domain in 2011 and outdoor fermentation tanks
were built a few years later.

Since 2013 the vineyards have been certified agriculture biologique.

Wines:

Gigondas
2015: 70% Grenache and 30% Mourvedre. 
Aged in demi-muids for 12-18 months.

Vacqueyras
2015: 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre. 
Aged for 12-18 months in foudres.

Rasteau Pas de Meynier
2015: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Mourvedre.

Cotes du Rhone Village Plan de Dieu
2017: 75% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 5% Mourvedre. 

Cotes du Rhone
2017: 70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, 5% Garignan and 5% Cinsault. 

Cotes du Rhone Latour
2016: 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and 10% Carignan

Cotes du Rhone Blanc
2016: 70% Viognier and 30% Grenache Blanc.

Cotes du Rhone Rosé
2016: 40% Grenache, 30% Cinsault and 30% Syrah.

VDF Rosé Terres de Causan
60% Grenache and 20% Cinsault and 20% Syrah
