The domain was established by the great grandfather of the
owners today. He delivered the grapes to a cooperative but his son started
to make and bottle wine and increased the area of fields just like the
next generation Bernard Chamfort. Today Bernard
Chamfort's two sons Romain and Thibaut have taken over. Romain is taking
care of the vineyards and Thibaut makes the wines.
Today the domain covers 45 ha of vineyards in the appellations Cotes du
Rhone Village Sablet (10 ha.) Rasteau (13,5 ha.), Vacqueyras
(2,5 ha), Côtes du Rhône (15 ha.) and Vin de Pays (4 ha.).
The vineyards for Sablet Blanc have been certificeret agriculture
biologique since 2011. Since 2014 all the vineyards have been certifed.

Vacqueyras
2019: 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault. Partly aged in 400l barriques.
Rasteau
2018: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah. Aged in foudres for 4 months
Rasteau 1928
51% Grenache, 49% Syrah. Aged in demi-muids for 12 months
Cotes du Rhone Village Sablet
2017: 60% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 5% Cinsault. Aged in foudres
or amphoras

2019; 50% Grenache Blanc, 20% Clairette, 15% Bourboulenc, 15% Roussanne.

2019: 90% Grenache, 10% Syrah.

Two flats are rented for tourists in Sablet one for 4 persons
and one for 6 persons.
