The name of the property comes from fallen stones in the area. It has been in possession of the family since the 18th century and then covering modest 3 ha. Later on the vineyards has increased to 11 ha of Vacqueyras.
In 2006 Eric Bouletin build a cellar and started to make his own wine instead of delivering the grapes to the cooperative.

Vacqueyras La Grande Terre
60% Grenache, 20% Syrah and 20% Mourvèdre. 
Matured in cement. tank.

Vacqueyras Les Restanques de Cabassole
60% Grenache (80-years-old), 27% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre and 3% white varieties. Syrah is aged for 18 months in barriques. The rest in small demi-muids (500 l). The vineyards for this wine has belonged to the family since 1723. "Restanques" is the French word for terrasses on a hillside

Vacqueyras Rosé Rosé de la Roche
45% Grenache, 30% Mourvedre and 25% Syrah and other varieties. Direkt press or Saignée.

Vacqueyras Blanc Prémices
Marsanne, Roussane, Viognier, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Grenache Blanc.
Aged for 12 months in 500l demi-muids sur lie.

IGP Mediterannée Pichot Roucas
Equal shares of Grenache, Syrah and (old) Carignan.
The bicycle is from Eric's childhood as he remember it parced by the threes when he followed his fathers work in the vineyards.

VDF Les Grand Chemins
50% Grenache, 40% old vines Carignan and 10% Syrah.
20% is normally from earlier vintage.
