Caroline and Gilles have both inhertited considerable amount of vineyards and have worked together since 2005 when Coroline and her sister divided ther vineyards leaving Caroline with 50 ha.covering 4,2 ha of Rasteau, 2,6 ha of Beaumes de Venise, 40 ha of Cotes du Rhone Village Valreas and 4,6 ha of Ventoux. 
The vineyards from Gille's family are some thirty ha all situated in Valreas.
Gilles are managing the vineyards and Caroline who has an oenological education is in charge of the work in the cellar. 95 ha take of course a bigger staff. 
The vineyards are certified agriculture biologique.
