"Since 1994 Didier Morel has rented a building to vinify his production. In 2015, following the arrival of Florian, they decided to build and equip their own cellar. Around 260 hectoliters of organic wines are vinified today in this new cellar, which welcomed its second vintage in 2016. A sales cellar has also been created to be able to welcome and have the wines tasted by customers throughout the year."
