In 2010 the Englishman Graham
Shore - former investment banker - bought the small property of
12,5 ha of AOP
Ventoux. A cellar has been created and the wines have been
made and bottled at the domain since 2012. The new project was named Vintur who was
the gallic god of light and of the mountains. Since the start in 2012 another
Englishman James Wood has managed the domain and made the wines. He has worked in
vineyards across France, Germany, South Africa, New Zealand and England.
Starting in 2017 the 30-50-years-old vineyards are certified agriculture
biologique.
