The original buildings at the place from 16th century belonged to the popes That's history.
In 2009 the property was purchased by
Eric Petit-Jean, the owner of the Champagne firm Pol Cochet. His oenologist from Pol Cochet Jean Pierre Valade got new challenges as a creator of Rhone wines and his wife is responsible for the oenoturístc affairs at La Croix des Pins.
The compagny created by the purchase, Latitude Wine, has also bought 7,5 ha in Gigondas (from Domaine de Cassan in Lafare) and 4 ha in Beaumes de Venise. 

The 22 ha of vineyards of Croix des Pins have been certified agriculture biologique since 1990, and the vineyards in Gigondas and Beaumes de Venise are certified since 2012.

In 2019
Eric Petit-Jean bought a domain in Rasteau with 33 ha of vineyards that have a potential of producing wines of higher quality with more modern methodes as used at the domain in Mazan. - Domaine des Nymphes.

Gigondas Les Dessous des Dentelles
2018: 65% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre, 25% Syrah.
Matured in concrete for 18 months

Gigondas Parpaillon
2016: 0% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre, 20% Syrah. 
25 days of maceration. Aged for 12 months in barriques.

Beaumes de Venise Les Contreforts de Montmirail
2019: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.

Muscat de Beaumes de Venise
2016: 100%  Muscat à petits grains.
Aged in barrels for 6 months.

Ventoux Les Troix Villages 
2018: 55% Grenache 35% Syrah, 5% Marselan, 5% Carignan.

Ventoux Noria 
2016: 50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre. 20% aged in barriques for a few months

Ventoux Rosé Les Troix Villages 
2018: 40% Grenache/Cinsault, 40% Syrah/Vermentino and 20% Marselan. Press direct.

Ventoux Blanc Les Troix Villages 
2019: 50% Grenache Blanc/Roussanne and 50% Vermentino/Marsanne.

Ventoux Blanc Le Secret du Vieux Chène 
2019: 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 30% Marsanne and 10% Clairette. Fermented an aged in barriques
