The domain was run by Claude and Gisèle Saurel.
They delivered the grapes to the cooperative until the son Stephane after
finishing school of agronomy came back to the domain in 1998. After a year
cellars were constructed and the first vintage could be bottled at the domain in
1999. Stephane's sister, Isabelle Munoz-Saurel has worked at the domain
since 2005.
The names of the
cuvées are names for different kind of winds - "en
Provençal"

2018: Syrah, Grenache. 1/3 aged in barriques.
Ventoux Auro Rousso
2016: 80%
Syrah, 20% Grenache. Aged in barriques.

2017: 99% Grenache. Aged in demi-muids

2018:
Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah.

2018: Clairette and Ugni-Blanc.

Fermented in new barrels and then aged here for 4 months.

2019: Grenache, Marselan, Mourvèdre.
