Corinna Faravel was born in Germany and for years she worked at different domains in
her home contry making white wines. In the late 90'ties she
participated in a wine tasting course in Suze la Rousse. Then
she decided that her future should be devoted to making wines in
southern Rhone.
in 2000 she bought 7,5 ha. of vineyards situated in
the Ventoux appellation. Her first bottled vintage was 2004.
Later she bought 1 ha with old Grenache vines in Lafare and In 2006 additional 3
ha in the Beaumes de Venise
appellation.
The wines were until 2008 made in a rented space in a hangar in Beaumes de Venise,
but since vintage 2009 the wines have been made in a new cellar
by a new mansion in Lafare.
Here she and her husbond Thierry Faravel from the well
known Domaine la Bouďssičre in Gigondas live together
The vineyards have since 2012 been certified agriculture
biologique.

2016: 65% Grenache, 18% Syrah, 15% Mourvedre, 2% Counoise.
Ventoux Blanc
2016: 95% Clairette/Clairette Rose, 5% Picardin.

and 2013.
Beaumes de Venise
2016: 55% Grenache, 45% Syrah. (40% de-stemmed)
