Anna and Wilson Thorburn are both qualified lawyers and has worked in London. During trips to southeastern France, where Anna's mother lives, they were, as it is surpassed many of us tourists, spellbound by the beautiful landscapes of Provence. Anna has completed five years of her education in Paris. In 2006 the couple decided to buy a disused school north of Vinsobres with its 13 hectares of vineyards. All vineyards were then a part of the appellation Cotes du Rhone Village Vinsobres, but only 2-3 ha are within the boundary of AOP Vinsobres.
Already in 2007, Anna could make her first vintage from the domain.
To finance the project, Wilson kept his job as a lawyer in London.
In 2009 settled Anna herself definitely at the domain with her three children.
There was a lot of work to do. Renovation of the vineyards and the quite large buildings of the former school. Two apartments have been created and are now rented out to tourists.
The first vintages from the domain was made in cellars with a neighbor, but there are now constructed a cellar at the domain.
Since 2014 the vineyards situated at an altitude of 400 meters are certified agriculture biologique
