Les Cornuds
2016. 50% Grenache and 50% Syrah.
Grenache are vinified in steel tank, and Syrah is
fermented in trunkcated wooden tanks and some of the Syrah
then aged in one-years-old barriques for 12 months.
Vinsobres Les Hauts de Julien
2015: From a parcel with 90-years-old, mixed planted vith Grenache
and Syrah which are vinified together
15% of the blend is aged in barriques for 12 months.
