2015:
50% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 40 % Mourvèdre.
Grenache lagret i cement tank and Syrah/Mourvedre in truncated
wooden tank
for 16 months.
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc La Miocène
2018: 60% Clairette and 40% Roussane. Bottled 6 months after
harvest.
Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Cuvée La Fontaine
2016:
100% Roussanne. Fermented and then aged in new or 1-years-old barriques for 10 months.
