In 2011 the 23-years-old Maxime Ajasse joined his father Christian Ajasse.
Maxime had then finished his oenological education.
The two domains Château de la Haute Cassagne and Domaine de la Pinede covers 150 ha. of vineyards in Costières de Nimes and IGP d'Oc. 
In 2010 30 ha.was planted with white varieties and a new cellar was built at Haute Cassagne destinated to be a cellar for making white wines.
The cultivation of the vineyards is done according to the rules of Terra Vitis.

At the mansion of Haute Cassagne is a gîte with space for up to 12 persons.

At Chateau de la Pinede the family has a quite big production of abricots - 
29 different varieties. 
In 2012 an environmental initiative was taken. The company has equipped a modern packinghouse conditioning nearly 80 tons of apricots and covered daily by almost 2000m² of solar panels delivering 100% renewable energy.
