Since a divorse in 2018 her former husband Cyril Mares is the officiel responsable for the domain.

The buildings at the domain are from 17th and 19th century.
Vestiges found at the property testify that Romans lived here 2000 years ago.
Paul Blanc bought the place in 1986 and restored the buildings. The former owner who had to sell the property continued to look after the vineyards and the cellars. In 1998 Paul Blanc's daughter Nathalie Blanc-Mares who has an oenological education took over the property 75 ha from her father.
Nathalie was married to her neighbour Cyril Marres the owner of Domaine des Bressades

2019: 80% Mourvedre, 20% Syrah. 
60-80% aged in barriques for 12 months.

2020: 95% Grenache, 5% Mourvedre. Saignée.

Costières de Nimes Blanc La Clairette de Bellegarde 
2019: 100% Clairette. 20% aged in Barrique, 10% in amphora.

2019: 95% Syrah, 5% Mouvedre.

50% Marsanne, 50% Roussanne.Entièrement réalisé sans sulfites, AVREVS bénéficie d'une
macération de 10 jours sur baies entières avec bâtonnage
réguliers.
Il est ensuite élevé sur ses lies fines en amphore en terre
cuite pendant 6 mois.
