The vineyards - at least some of them - have been in possession of the family since 1820.
Cellars were established in 1964 by the father of Christian Gély. After working with his father for some years Jean-Christophe took over the responsabvilty in 2015.
The domain covers 30 ha. The main part of the vineyards are in the Ventoux-appellation and smaller shares are Cotes du Rhone or Vin du Pays.

2016: 85% Grenache, 15% Syrah. 

Ventoux Cuvée Spéciale
2016: 70% Grenache, 30% Syrah.  Syrah aged in 400l barrels for 18 months

Ventoux Les Essareaux
2016: 90% Syrah, 10% Grenache. Aged in demi-muids for 12 months.

Ventoux Autrefois
2016: 95% Syrah, 5% Grenache. 20-40-årige vinstokke
Aged in new barriques for 18 months

Ventoux Vieilles Vignes
2016: 95% Grenache, 5% Syrah. 65-årige vinstokke.
Aged in barriques for 18 months

Ventoux Rosé Tradition
2017:90% Syrah, 10% Grenache.

Ventoux Rosé Les Essareaux
2017: 75% Grenache, 25% Syrah

Ventoux Blanc Tradition
2017: 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 30% Viognier, 10% Clairette.

Ventoux Blanc Les Gressannes
2017: 50% Grenache Blanc, 50% Roussanne.
Ferment and aged in new barriques for 8 months

Cotes du Rhone Terre des Safres
2015: 50% Syrah, 50% Grenache.

Cotes du Rhone Le Lauzerette
2016: 95% Grenache, 5% Syrah. Aged in barriques for 12 months
