In 2001 Adrien Fabre joined his father François and then they decided to leave the cooperatives and they built a new cellar in Visan.
The domain cover 24 ha of vineyards in Visan and 14,5 ha in Saint Maurice.
(Adrien is married  to Claire Fabre at Vieux Donjon)

Fermented in wooden tank. Aged in demi-muids or foudre for 18 months.

90% Syrah, 10% Grenache

CDRV Village Saint Maurice Echevin GDR
95% Syrah, 5% Grenache Aged in foudres or demi-muids for 18 months.

CDRV Village Saint Maurice Blanc Echevin GDR
Mainy Grenache with Marsanne, Rloussanne, Viognier
